Other calendars: for meetings or other activities that are not teaching

There are two different types of schedules/calendars in Docendo. Firstly there is the student schedule, which schedules subjects and student activities. The second one is “other calendars”, which allows you to schedule other activities that are not part of teaching activities. You find the calendar on the left side menu. To create this type of calendar, click “Create calendar”. 

This type of calendar can for instance be useful for planning staff meetings, duties, and Teams-meetings within the grades. See the example below.
