If you or one of the users at your school are having issues viewing schedules, calendars, or other materials in Docendo, it may be due to a staff member not being properly created:
The staff member is not
created. To create a staff member:
1. Click on the gear
icon (⚙️) on the top
right corner
2. Click “Staff”
3. Click “Create staff member”.
4. Add the name and e-mail of the staff member, and click “Create” in the bottom right of the menu.
If you do not have access to create new staff members, you should get in touch with the administration at your school.
