Create staff members (teachers, substitutes etc.)

If you need to add a new staff member (and your license allows you to), you can do this with the following steps:

1. Click on the gear icon (⚙️) on the top right corner

2. Click “Staff”



3. This will take you to a page with a list of staff members. Click “Create staff member”



4. Now, you may add one or several staff members by typing the name of the staff member(s). For each staff, you can add the staff members' email as a login option.

It can be useful to create a member of staff without a login option in cases where you want to have a separate schedule for a substitute or an employee in the future, who later would want to merge their calendar to another staff member (see "Merge users") or take over another staff member's calendar activities (See "Transfer calendar")
